Allison Distler\, certified Rolfer®\, somatic movement educator and psychological astrologer. \nA hands-on artistic experience with mix-media collaging\, journaling and a touch of yoga. Open to all skill levels. Art supplies provided.  Bring a journal and writing utensil as well as a yoga mat or blanket. Wear comfortable\, loose clothing and outdoor walking shoes.
