SUMMARY:Guild Wellness Series: 
Restorative Yoga & Reiki Energy Healing  
DESCRIPTION:The class will enjoy relaxing Restorative Yoga accompanied with a loving Reiki Energy Healing surrounded by the serene paintings of Brown County Art Guild artist members.  Katie will walk through restful & restorative yoga poses while giving Reiki Healing to each person individually. The time together will leave one feeling rested & more in touch with his or her loving soul. \nKatie will allow the breath to lead attendees into a more relaxed state while supported by Yoga props allowing the body to fully disengage & relax. These sessions are very helpful for many things including insomnia\, restlessness\, grief\, extra stress in life\, seeking meditative relief\, healing\, and many mental physical & emotional needs. This will be a deeply therapeutic & healing class. Essential oils & oracle cards will be used during this class. All skill levels welcome. \nPlease bring a mat\, water\, blanket or whatever is needed for a relaxing experience. The class is typically a floor activity\, but chairs can be provided. \nGuild gallery\nNovember 12\n5-6:30 pm\nSuggested $20 donation per class \nAbout Katie:\nKatie Arnold is a native of Bloomington\, Indiana\, where she currently resides.  She created Rise & Peace Healing to offer an empowered\, compassionate & loving space for healing & well-being. The intention of Rise & Peace Healing is to help foster a heart centered & empowered loving awareness within. \nKatie has taught yoga classes & events\, hosted Reiki sessions & events\, Intuitive Spiritual sessions & readings in Bloomington\, Nashville\, and surrounding southern Indiana.  Katie is a Seer\, Empath\, Intuitive\, & Healer.  Using her abilities as a channel\, medium\, empath & seer\, she seeks to hold space for others to assist individuals in their lives.  She believes in creating safe spaces that uplift and encourage overall well-being and connection to one another & our divine selves.
