A Day Long Retreat in Nature

Dixie Ferrer, Guild artist member and mixed media artist. Allison Distler, certified Rolfer®, somatic movement educator and psychological astrologer.
A hands-on artistic experience with mix-media collaging, journaling and a touch of yoga. Open to all skill levels. Art supplies provided. Bring a journal and writing utensil as well as a yoga mat or blanket. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and outdoor walking shoes. Chairs available for seated yoga if preferred.
Lunch included.
