David was born in Franklin and raised in Indianapolis. He is a plein air, impressionistic, oil, landscape painter. His inspiration comes from a desire to capture the beauty of creation. He appreciates the aesthetic value of space and nature intermixed with the beauty of light. David’s many accolades include awards from the Hoosier Salon, Plein Air Paint-out competitions, Indiana Heritage Arts and IPAPA. One of his most treasured accomplishments was the acceptance of four works into the book, Painting Indiana III.
